The main building and it's staff are phenomenal, but it is drastically let down by the fact a certain manager in a certain department is abusive, lazy and racist how the person has worked for the company for years without being fired is beyond me. I witnessed the same person laughing at a member of staff after they suffered an almost life threatening injury, if this is a care home then why have such an unempathic horrible person work there for so long.
