Previously had a very good relationship with this company and recommended them to several people. Regretting this now. There were apparently two missed payments on my account. If there has been a payment issue in the past they have always called and I have immediately rectified the issue. At some point for no clear reason they apparently stopped making calls. My experience with InCharge Debt Solutions has been extremely disappointing. After being enrolled in their program for over two years, I can confidently say that the level of support and communication fell far below expectations. During a particularly difficult time when I lost my job for a year, I continued doing my best to stay engaged in the program and manage my obligations. Applied online and filled out all the information, then called and spoke with Kenneth! He was absolutely amazing 10/10. I'm fairly young to have so much debt already (27yo), and I have been so stressed and overwhelmed while trying to navigate through this. Speaking with Kenneth really helped me realize everything was manageable, and he explained so much to me, so I feel like I actually understand things better. Very personable and nice, highly recommend! They also give you things to learn how to better your finances
We are struggling with debt and incharge was a huge help lowering interest rates and closing out our account so we can affordable pay them off. Im looking forward to being debt free.
