Rose Willix was a tremendous help today. She clearly explained all the enrollment steps. She was utterly patient and courteous while I made numerous typos and took nearly an hour to correctly fill out the documents. I have a cast on my on my dominant left hand. My typing with only my right index finger is pretty bad! I look forward to participating in the InCharge Debt Solutions program.
Only flaw to me was, when one account paid off and that payment was rolled up into another account payment, it did not go onto the debt with the highest interest being charged. I was able to call it in and get it switched, but after quite a few months of large payments going to lower interest bearing accounts.
I really needed peace of mind and thank goodness I reached out to in charge , they were courteous and kind.and very professional
