I've been a happy and loyal customer with multiple products with Inception for over 2 years. They were once a very good company to work with. They had good and responsive customer service and communication. Unfortunately, things have gone entirely downhill recently. Took one month for a simple change to our website. The sales team might wine and dine you, but once you are a costumer, beware!!! Please do yourself a favor and avoid!!
We had 5 websites with Inception for over 10 years. Averaging $700 a month with them. Maybe gave them $80,000. We decided to switch to a more economical website. Well, Inception has transferred our domain to an unauthorized user. They refuse to help us retrieve our domain. They won't tell me what happened. We have had our domain since the late 1990s. You can't call and speak to billing, you can't call and speak with tech support. AVOID with a 10 foot pole.
They haven't responded to our patient reminders. Hasn't been working for 3 months properly. Impossible to get in contact with customer service.
Ever since they got bought out, they stopped responding to support messages. They are quick to collect pending balances if you owe them money though.
