I’ve been with Inception Online Marketing and Inception Websites for about 7-8 years now and unfortunately things have changed. Before they got bought out a couple years ago, you actually knew the people working there. You actually got quick responses on things. It’s unfortunate how corporate america really ruins companies for the greater public. We have used this company for YEARS and have never had any problems. The last few months something changed and the response time is horrible. Weeks of trying to get help 4 service request tickets and emails and it took a message telling them to cancel all of our services to get a response. Sad part is we still cant even do what we need to do because they have still have their business tied to managing our things. Can't get anyone on the phone or technical support call back for 2 weeks. Someone please give us a call our business emails have not been working for 2 weeks now. We are running out of ideas to reach you guys. ***I appreciate the quick response from the review, however, no one has called us yet and we still have no IT support. Please call us to get our emails working.

If you need support you won't get any help. You have to send multiple emails and calls to get anything done. I'm just trying to change hours on the website and after multiple emails/calls I can't get a reply.
