Very unhappy with their Incase Backpack I completed a warranty claim online and several days later I finally get a response declining to issue me a first time warranty exchange after being proud to flaunt and show off my backpack all over so many public areas. Ive gotten compliments for it. Several years later the zipper finally gave out. And the zipper tabs gave out first.
