Very disappointing experience. I paid for services that were not completed as agreed, and I felt completely misled throughout the process. There were repeated delays, excuses, and a lack of professionalism and proper communication. Based on my personal experience, I feel I wasted both my time and money. The service I paid for was not properly delivered, and I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. Please be very cautious before hiring them.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and money. He worked on my corporate file for over a year and repeatedly delayed the process with different excuses. Filed incorrect return for my parents and refused to accept his fault. Unskilled and unprofessional. More of a clerk than accountant.

Did my tax last year from incan, no problem that time. But now i am calling the number from last couple weeks. Nobody is answering the call and I didn't even got a call back from him. Just before writing this review, gave a call and still no answer. Really disappointed about that. Didn't expect this.
