Filed incorrect return for my parents and refused to accept his fault. Unskilled and unprofessional. More of a clerk than accountant.

Did my tax last year from incan, no problem that time. But now i am calling the number from last couple weeks. Nobody is answering the call and I didn't even got a call back from him. Just before writing this review, gave a call and still no answer. Really disappointed about that. Didn't expect this.
