They refused to allow us to use our own insurance, and the insurance they offered was unreasonably expensive. The agent stated that we would receive an upgrade as a courtesy for the inconvenience. The experience we had with this car rental was horrible. I would not recommend base on our experience.
Eu aluguei carro 30-05-2025 ate 09-06-2025 , me foi cobrado a locação 765,00$ mais 200,00 sun pas e ainda a taxa de garantia 200$ , que seria cancelada na devolucao do veiculo , ai eu devolvi e me disse q em 5 dd seria cancelada , hoje ja e dia 11-07-02025 e eles nem respondem minhas msg , nao atendem ligacoes , infelizmente sao pessimos , me tomaram 200$ e fico aqui sem resposta , sao carros velhos e cheio de avarias e este descaso , ninguem merece. Listen to the masses people- This place is a SCAM!! We too did not read the reviews prior to booking. We waited 2 hours for our pick up from the airport with our kids in the scorching heat. Got there (in the middle of nowhere) and they wouldn’t hand over the paid car without buying expensive insurance even though this was not mentioned upon booking. Car was ok, service is just normal,,,,But returning it was the problem the location it supposed to open at 7am and they opened till 8:20 am , 4 returns waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes then running late to catch plane ,,I support small Business But be responsible .
