Horrible!!! I booked through Priceline and ended paying almost 5 times more. They get you in with the reasonable price but then add ridiculous amount of fees for example “old driver fee” they are a scam!!
This was the worst experience I have EVER had with a car rental company. Like many others, if I could rate a 0, I certainly would. I used Priceline to purchase a flight/rental package, and it was very reasonable, but it ended up costing me more once I showed up to pick up my rental. If I could do zero stars I would this place genuinely sucks. so many hidden fees that they don’t show online just to be jaw-dropped in person and stuck here. Everyone that came in with us left in an uber. Don’t ever come here
Do not rent from Priceline thinking the price you pay will be it, you will have to pay at least 55$ per day for insurance, 35$ a day for tolls, and a 4% debit card fee, Plus deposit of 300$. However they were very nice there and the car we ordered was Toyota Rav 4 or equivalent and ended up with an infinite q50 instead of Toyota Rav 4, decent upgrade however it needed an oil change and the breaks were squealing like a stuck pig.
