We purchased what was supposed to be our "forever" mattress in 2018. We should have listened to the alarm bells when we were told "our receipt" was our warranty and were given little to no details beyond that. We ran into issues right away with body imprints and sagging. We were repeatedly told "latex doesn't sag". We were told to add plywood, rotate, flip..... we did all of that. Excellent beds; my wife and I have two. One for our guest bed and one in our master room. Very comfortable and huge variety in types of sleeps that we want to achieve. Wouldn't give it up for a cool mattress ever.
I have owned a natural latex mattress from In Between Dreams for over thirteen years now and it has held up beautifully! They say there is nothing better than sleeping in your own bed and this rings especially true if that bed came from In Between Dreams. Both owners are very welcoming; you almost feel like you are a part of the family! I chatted with Chris multiple times and she was very helpful. I truly believe they had my best interest at heart and I'm looking forward to purchasing from them again!
