If you want limited services with maximum fees, then this is your bank. I was one of the unfortunate casualties of the FIB buyout of INB. I will be closing my account after poor service and endless fees.

Have been with INB since 2002. Ever since the buyout from FIB, there have been more messups than I can count The most recent one? Saying my credit card payment was late though my accounts show the transfer on time. I've never been late in 17 years. I will be closing all of my accounts here. (Edited to say they made it right on saying my payment was late)

Worst bank ever. I was with INB for years (very awesome bank) and then it got bought out by first interstate. Ever since then nothing but problems and fees. They also canceled my savings account for no reason and with out my approval and when I inquired about it. I was told to go pound sand and figure it out on your own there was nothing they could do about it. This bank will rob you blind do not use first intersate. I never in my life have seen a bank run this way. Theives, I will be changing banks ASAP.
