Absolutely incompetent company. Our adult son DIED while InAlliance was his agency". Do not trust your loved ones to these people.
Our client has been with them 7 years and we have had him 1 year and the staff is lazy. He needs to be fed but they let him feed himself and he gets food all over his clothes and his wheelchair. When we have meetings with the supervisor, Social worker, staff they either late or don't show up at all. A company like this should have a room where they can change the client if they are excepting clients that have to have depends changed. I have to have them bring him home every day so I can change him because if I let them do it... read more
