They do have some beautiful linen in here which is well worth the visit, I have purchased several items here before and have been delighted. However the customer service i encountered this morning was quite rude and snappy. I left without buying any of the items I wanted this morning.
I have shopped here quite a few times. Staff are particularly helpful, products unavailable elsewhere are often in stock at very reasonable prices. Some may be marginally more than you might pay in a 'cheap' store but they have sales, prices are close and the quality of their products is worth it.
