Received terrific service on Wednesday. I brought in a young bloke with a tablet that apparently wasn't working. Turns out it was working...it was just flat haha. They kindly charged it up for him while we had a bite of eat. So incredibly kind. Really great customer service. Thank you.
Fantastic service. So helpful, professional and explained everything. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if there are any issues in the future, I'll be back to IN2 Tech.
Smashed the glass on the back of my phone, and couldn’t be happier with the repair everything is working fine. They were quick and easy to talk to I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I took my Apple computer to an Apple Store after a few drops of water spilled on the keyboard, and I was quoted $1,700 for repairs. Before committing to that (or buying a new computer), my son suggested I take it to IN2 Technology in Wonthaggi, so I did, and I let them know about the Apple quote. A few days later, they called to say they had pulled it apart, given it a thorough clean as part of their usual process, and powered it back on. It was working perfectly.
