We ordered a sofa and loveseat in late March of 2021. a lady named Linda was the sales person. We were told by Linda, that due to the Covid pandemic, the order might take the 6 to 8 weeks in large print, on the front of the contract, but the furniture should be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Fast forward 2 weeks, no furniture. A month later, on 8/3/2021, we are told that the furniture is scheduled to be shipped to IYHF on 8/21 or nearly 20 weeks after our order, and there is no guarantee that the order will ship then.
