I walked in their today ! I experienced disappointment from this location .I saw a bike I wanted, I am very interested but after the way I was treated no thank you. I was treated, very unwanted and it made me feel like I'm the wrong paint ! I am a biracial woman that just wanted to spend money and be treated as a customer. Instead I left there feeling like I need to exit asap. Poor communication and more.
I have not even stepped foot into In Velo Veritas and I can tell that it is a top notch shop that prioritizes customer service. I recently purchased a Cervélo R5 with a Campy Super Record WRL build and the right shifter has been having issues. After contacting Campy customer service, which has been extremely responsive, I was connected with Kevin, who has been nothing short of amazing, to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
I’m such a fan of In Velo Veritas bike shop. Kevin and Carlos are very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist mr. I make virtually all of purchases and have all of my services done with them. Thank you Kevin for creating and maintaining such a rock star place for all of us.
As much as the reviews here praise the owner, I still felt my initial interaction with him through email was a bit much regardless of his followups with good intentions. I asked about demoing a bike and shipping it afterwards (since I no longer live in Sac and still wanted to support a local shop once I came back to visit).
