Jen is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever met, and a lovely human being. Her space is so calming and perfect for yoga classes, which are excellent as well. Highly recommend!
Such an amazing and gentle practice. The studio is located in the most beautiful spot. I felt so peaceful when I arrived.
Jen is an excellent yoga instructor. She checks in with participants to see how they are. Her flow and instruction are on point. She offers helpful alternate poses so it’s appropriate for all levels. She has great energy!
