I’ve had pain in the center or my spine for over three years. One session, and the pain is gone. I am not exaggerating. My enter body feels lighter, no soreness, no pain. Definitely recommend.
Gail is amazing at what she does. I went to see her for fatigue and she was able to help a lot. I had a slight recurring pain in my shoulder and thought it was just from sleeping wrong. Immediately, Gail was able to identify exactly where I had pain without even putting a hand on me and the pain released. She gave me wonderful advice and I have been working hard to practice it in my every day life. I look forward to working with her more in the future.
Gail is incredible! I can't recommend her enough. She is exactly the kind of practitioner I have been looking for. I'm writing a lengthy review because I wish I had seen one of these prior for infants. I brought my infant (4 month) son into Gail for torticollis and was hoping the cranialsacral work would also help with general neck and head strength. Physical therapy didn't seem to help very much. Prior to the appointment, I felt a bit nervous as to how the appt. would go (would he be crying the whole time? Do I want someones hands all over my baby? Would this even help?).
