I was disappointed. I made an appointment online for the store. I spoke to a sales lady the day before and she suggested booking a bra fitting so they could save time for me and we can look at my dress and see what i needed. I had a beautiful dress I invested in and wanted the perfect under garments to make it hang flawlessly. The owner came out from the back room, saw me with dress and shoes in hand, said to the sales girl “she’s not booked for an actual fitting, you booked it so,” and returned into the back of the store. I was highly recommended to this store by an MD, for a bra. When I came in and asked if they could help me, they quickly looked at me, not friendly at all, and stated 25.00 to measure my breast, and I had to purchase two bras for 80.00 for them to discount my 25.00 from the total. I will advise my MD not to ever recommend anyone there. Poor customer service. I did find my bra in another location I was recommended as well. I'm out of the area and ordered a pajama set for the holidays. It shipped right away, and I received a lovely email from the owner.
