A store like this is the reason everyone turns to larger chains or Amazon. Crazy store policies, terrible customer service, inflexibility, insufficient inventory, completely frustrating experience. While I was given adequate attention, I left with 4 bras I couldn’t return. I was told specifically to “keep the tags on and wear around the house for a few hours” in case I needed to return. Sorry. I highly recommend this small business. Everything about them is exceptional and their customer service is second to none. On a personal level, Nicole worked with me and provided the best “fitting” I have ever experienced. Her patience, professionalism, and knowledge made my appointment extraordinary.
I had an awful experience in this store. I brought a dress in with me so I could find the best fitting bra. Not at all concerned about price because I need it for a particular dress. The staff person had a terrible attitude and was sooo not helpful. Apparently, it is $25 to get any help. Even when I asked a question it was met with a rude response. I was in there to buy and I left with nothing. I hope there business is that good that they can afford to turn away customers. Never again. So many other places to shop. Terrible ... read more
I was disappointed. I made an appointment online for the store. I spoke to a sales lady the day before and she suggested booking a bra fitting so they could save time for me and we can look at my dress and see what i needed. I had a beautiful dress I invested in and wanted the perfect under garments to make it hang flawlessly. The owner came out from the back room, saw me with dress and shoes in hand, said to the sales girl “she’s not booked for an actual fitting, you booked it so,” and returned into the back of the store.
