I ordered an urn with additional express shipping charges and was guaranteed on time delivery for my wifes funeral. Not only did I immediately get charged but the urn never arrived. I spent hours trying yo get my money back and had to go without an urn for my beautiful wife's ashes. They not only didn't follow thru with the refund but after my third call, stated the problem was in the refund department not the ordering dept I had to make them promise to send me an email to confirm this hopefully final step of this failed bus... read more
