I read the reviews prior to visiting the store and was hopeful for a great experience. That didn’t happen. I tried again weeks later and received the same treatment. I have never been to a store where I feel like the owner wants me to leave and is anything but friendly. Good luck to anyone who visits this store. Maybe he’ll be friendly to you.
Love love love this place! If you are looking for music in a physical format, this is the place to look. Amazing selection and prices you can't beat.

My kids and I visited the store and we will not be back. When we walked in the store, the man behind the counter looked up, without saying anything, no welcome or hi. He was very unfriendly and kept looking up and watching my kids as they looked at CD's. My one daughter, who has hearing loss and sometimes has a hard time understanding directions, asked about a group and if he had it and he explained where it might be if he had it.
