I had a disappointing experience with this tax service. Communication was very unprofessional, and it often took a long time to receive a response to my questions. I also had difficulty getting updates about my tax return and refund. I expected better communication and a more professional experience throughout the process. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
