Clean, cool, well organized fabric, sewing, and quilting shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and very well appointed bathroom. Very beautiful wall hung quilts adorn the shop. Area for classes and teaching. Offering quilting classes on their three large quilting machines. They also rent two of them hourly or offer quilt top services that they perform.
Great store. Loved the layout of the store and how it was organized. So many great fabric options, it was difficult to not buy everything I laid my eyes upon. I also wanted to give a shoutout to a young employee who gave me good advice on how much fabric to buy and what other materials I needed for my project. I had missplaced my button hole foot and they were able to help me find a replacement. Thanks to them and I was able to finish my dress in time for my event!! They were very helpful and when I went in it looked like they had a sewing class in session! 5 stars, wonderful customer service, and I can't wait to go back!!
This place is going out of business but wouldn't tell me that when I called. I needed a sewing machine repaired and she told me over the phone that they could do it. Drove 45 minutes to get there and she tells me they have no one to repair machines.
WOW the people in this store are so RUDE! Never have I walked in a store have all the workers glare at me. NO "Hi" NO "Welcome in". Awful!
