This place is going out of business but wouldn't tell me that when I called. I needed a sewing machine repaired and she told me over the phone that they could do it. Drove 45 minutes to get there and she tells me they have no one to repair machines.
WOW the people in this store are so RUDE! Never have I walked in a store have all the workers glare at me. NO "Hi" NO "Welcome in". Awful!
What an asset to have a store like this in the area. So lucky to have them.
I love this store and have learnt a huge amount since my lesson in 2016. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with terrific classes and a great range of fabric to choose from. Highly recommend it. In the mid 2000 my husband bought me a combo sewing machine/machine embroidery from Abs as a Christmas gift. Intimidated by the machine I only used it for straight line stitching. Amazing customer service!!! I showed up with my machine; jammed and not working. The ladies were so kind! They took their time and got my machine going enough for me to go home and finish my project. I asked where to pay and was told no charge. They even gave me a spool of thread. Definitely bringing my machine back for a much needed tune up and now I'm looking online to sign up for one of their classes! I can't recommend this place enough. Very kind and extremely knowledgeable!! They definitely found a customer in me!
