We have searched for a more home like environment to move my grandmother since she was living in a larger facility and we felt like she needed more care. I was in search of an independent living facility that would provide top notch service for my grandpa, a place that he could call home. My beloved spouse was in this place for one month and about two weeks. I warned this facility about my spouse’s urology issues. I was a witness to my spouse asking the caregiver to go to the bathroom. My spouse was told to go in the TWO diapers on my spouse. My spouse blinked the eyes several times and then asked to go to the bathroom a second time. After touring countless residential homes in search of a tranquil, best-fit environment we knew immediately this home was the best fit to place our mother. Upon arrival we met the owners and were greeted with a warm genuine smile. They were welcoming, super friendly and sincere about answering all our questions that came to mind. My family decided to place our grandmother here. The staff was very good to her and took great care of her. My mom would visit often and she was always pleased with the care and the food that they serve. When my grandmother passed away, some of the staff members still keeps in contact with my mom to make sure that my mom is okay. They even sent us printed pictures of my grandmother while she was living there to remember her by--which we love and appreciated.
