This ended up being the worse move. Originally scheduled for 5 hours to load & unload the heavy items. I sent a video in advance to show some of the heavier pieces. The items to go were lined up in hallway upstairs and downstairs in plastic bins, other furnitures were emptied and ready to go. I gave instructions what furniture to load last that would go to storage 5 mins away and what to load first for 2nd stop new place 10 mins away. This moving company is Absolutely exceptional!!!! I have used this company for many different kind of moves over the years. I highly recommend this company! They don't BS around! The workers bust they butt, and it's always a pleasure working with the manager Jon, he takes care of business! I just hired them to load a truck recently and it was beautifully secured for my long trip!
I would be careful if using this company . The manager Jon is unethical and trying to deny damages to the floor done to the property. Most businesses admit to mistakes and correct them. It appears they have some bad management. The unloaders were nice and apologized for the damage. I have 3 witnesses ,but I’m sure he will reply and try to twist the story.
