WORST EXPERIENCE! Called to book an appointment and they asked about my patient’s information and they confirmed Day of appointment: Came in late with no notice which is fine since i booked 2 hrs early. Chris came in to see the patient. Assessed and he told us that he will not take my patient due to his condition. my patient is a 61 year old 250lbs alert patient ( which was discussed upon booking) and he’s using an oxygen but not necessary.
