I did not realize how much of an impact stretching is needed until I started having low back stiffness and soreness. Darla was/is so professional and showed great concern for the issues I was experiencing. She explained everything in detail and also informed me of how important I will benefit from the care plan that she created for me. The whole staff was very friendly.
