I had my first session on Friday October 4 2024 . It was excellent the instructor was patient kind very. Rebecca is a great therapist. I've tried other companies but she is the best I've used to help my recovery process from chronic osteoarthritis. After stem cell therapy my hip joint cartilage is being regenerated. I arrived on day one feeling an aching pain in my left hip, even when stretching the right side. Also, my muscles were really tight from joint cartilage degeneration. After only 3 or four seasons the pain is gone and I'm progressively getting better. I highly recommend Rebecca. 5 stars
Rabecca gave me a great stretch and my soreness is relieved and my flexibility is improved after just the first visit. She very attentive and professional and focused on areas where I needed more attention. I believe this will be more helpful for me than a full body deep tissue massage
