I’m getting back into running and needed help understanding the best shoe for my goals. The service here is incredible. The person helping me listened to my needs, evaluated my gait, and helped me select the perfect pair. Zero pressure. Only kindness and professionalism.
I had the worst experience trying to get a new pair of running shoes here on Saturday 1/24. The lady was so completely rude, I just walked out. I am 47 years old, and have never had someone be that rude. She should get a different if she doesn't like her job.
Wow, what a great experience. Mark diagnosed my foot pain, customized some inserts, and helped me find a very comfortable new pair of trail shoes. Leaving the store I felt like I'd just spent 20 minutes with Santa Claus and he'd delivered on all my wishes .
