Have been a regular client for over a year since being referred here after being involved in a car crash. Both Simon and Tori go above and beyond to get the best outcome for you. I now attend weekly for Pilates classes with Tori and could not be happier with the first rate service.
Went in to find out some details and see what was best for me. Stood there waiting while the girl at the front talked on the phone to another client. No acknowledgment of my presence, no one sec and I’ll be with you, no attempt to get off the phone or ask me to wait. Just let me stand there for 5 minutes. I left. Won’t be back.
