Simon and Rob did an amazing job helping my son recover from his giant hamstring tear between his muscle and tendon. They explained what we need to do to fix it, and then we fixed it in the sessions and the exercises my son had to do at home as well. I highly recommend In Motion for sports injuries as they really understand how to fix your injury and make you stronger so that you can avoid getting that injury again. Thanks Rob and Simon :)
I have been seeing In Motion Physio for occupational therapy after breaking my arm and having surgery, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. Rob has been outstanding. His knowledge and understanding of the recovery process is excellent, and he has made the whole experience much easier to deal with.
