Amazing, down to earth staff!
I worked with James Watson in October. I had been experiencing shoulder pain and was limited in movement and activity because of the pain since December 2019. James was great to work with, he helped to identify what was at the root of this pain, helped me to understand what to do to improve my flexibility and strength of the muscles that needed help.
