Had a great remedial massage with Hayden. He really helped improve my shoulder pain and upper body tension. The targeted treatment and dry needling made a huge difference. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Newcastle for a massage. Highly recommend!

Hayden is an absolute legend with a broad range of skills. He did cupping, massage, ‘bladeing’ I believe, and offered dry needling which im saving for the next visit I have a kink in my neck that had been plaguing me for a week, which disappeared after 45 minutes with him.
