Nick is a very good practitioner. He helped me and he will help you too.
Hayden is an absolute legend with a broad range of skills. He did cupping, massage, ‘bladeing’ I believe, and offered dry needling which im saving for the next visit I have a kink in my neck that had been plaguing me for a week, which disappeared after 45 minutes with him. Nick is AWESOME! Such a legend, easy to talk to, he really listens and offers great specific advice. Whether it's massaging or dry needling certain niggles, or setting rehab exercises- Nick gets the job done efficiently. He's helped speed up my injury recovery process SO much, and pin-pointed things I need to incorporate into my training to keep me on track and injury-free in the future. Book in a session- you won't regret it!!
Honestly cannot speak highly enough of Hayden. He actually takes the time to figure out what's going on rather than just going through the motions, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting to the root cause of what's going on. The clinic is really nice and comfortable and I always leave feeling so much better - would highly recommend.
