Hadn’t been to yoga in over 2 months. Went to the Saturday beginners class with Katie and brought a friend who had not done yoga. We both left renewed and up lifted . Katie was very knowledgeable with her yoga practice. Highly recommended for newbies.
Love going to classes. Instructors are wonderful and the fellowship with other participant's so welcoming. Excellent for my aging body!!!
