In-House Escrow is highly recommended. One of the best escrow experiences I have worked with, and my clients are all very happy with their service. Their staff is very helpful and always responsive with anything. Everything gets done ahead of schedule. They also offer a complimentary 1-year Home Warranty for Buyers closing escrow through them. I have been in the real estate business for 20 years and have done business with a lot of escrow services. In-House Escrow is top notch!
If you're looking for an escrow company in Washington, I can't recommend InHouse Escrow enough, especially if you're working in the Seattle area. They were a lifesaver for me as a real estate broker, making sure everything went smoothly for my seller clients during their property sales. Plus, the cherry on top was their generous offer of a free home warranty for the new homeowners! It's rare to find such thoughtful service in this industry, and they truly exceeded my expectations.
