I only gave 21 hours notice to cancel an appointment and they said that they were going to charge our package for it. However I asked them to make sure that the worker who was supposed to be coming got paid as well. The manager (Charan Walia) rang me up and told me it was none of my business if they paid her or not - it was a business decision.
