Did a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Body feels more relaxed 24 hours later. Very much needed since I have a desk job.
First I want to say I’m a 71 year old veteran and want to invite my fellow veterans to come enjoy a great massage. Started practicing whole health and it is VA approved and a VA approved massage is hard to find but in her hands does a great job I enjoy combining massage with chiropractor and acupuncture the three together keeps me narcotic free for 13 years now.
