I've lived in this area for 12 years and went to this bike shop one other time several years ago and purchased a Trek bike and nothing's changed. When I called to see if I could have a tire repaired I was met with a really sour attitude and a gruff ..."well, I am very busy but go ahead and bring it".... and I questioned should I go? If I wasn't in such a desperate need I would not have and I never will again use this bike shop for service.
