I love the hands on, "here's how you can really do it in your own kitchen" approach that Berry shares with you. She has a wealth of experience, and a down to earth manner imparting it, allowing the student to touch, taste, smell and experience the fun of cooking. At the end of the class you take home the results of your efforts, and a whole lot of knowledge. A great experience.
