I love the studio, the fresh flovers and plants, love the teachers, love Sammy, I like the massages I previously had, but most importantly I got certified as Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor by the best teachers I could ever had a few months ago. I have been a member of InBalance Wellness for a few months now and absolutely love it! The best pilates classes I have had in Sydney. I also love the atmosphere of the studio and can't recommend it highly enough :)
I’ve been attending inbalance for 18 months and have thoroughly enjoy all the classes on offer including reformer Pilates, body sculpt, clinical Pilates, yoga and stretching classes. There is also a provision for personal training if needed. The teachers are fantastic and fully qualified providing the utmost care for each person. The classes and massages at InBalance Wellness Studio are the best! Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, strong, and balanced.
