We have designed a holistic urban sanctuary to connect your body and mind, and truly transform your life. Our studio offers a wide range of services from Yoga, Reformer and Mat Pilates & Barre to Personal Training and Outdoor Bootcamps. We also offer Massage, and most recently became an Accredited Instructor Teacher Training Facility.

I can’t recommend this studio enough! I am on the weekly pass and I think I have taken a reformer Pilates class with almost every instructor now and I love all of them! The staff and instructors are so friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and welcoming, the massage therapists are great and easy to book in with and the hot yoga classes are fantastic too! It’s really good value for your money if you can go enough times in a week too! Thanks for giving me somewhere that feels like home when I just moved here
Amy is absolutely amazing, a good professional and very pleasant to work with 14-year old daughter. Her equipment is also high quality and up to date
Beautiful studio space, such a calming environment as soon as you step through the front door. Milly and Fiona are two of the best pilates instructors I've ever had and Justine's massages are like magic. Love being a member here!
