Jordan is a great physiotherapist.
Great physio as good as l was anticipating after being assured by other family members how professional it was.
Unfortunately a disappointing experience. I went to In Balance Physiotherapy & Fitness today because their website clearly advertises flexible, no-lock-in memberships. However, when I arrived, I was told they don’t offer this at all. I completely understand if a gym doesn’t offer casual memberships, but then please don’t advertise it online and waste people’s time (especially in a small town where options are already limited). Would recommend updating the website to reflect the actual conditions of this location.
