I highly recommend Elizabeth Pleban DPT for physical therapy. I was suffering with pain in my hip and knees to the point it was severely limiting my activities. I was very discouraged after having little progress working with a different physical therapy group. A friend recommended Beth and I am so thankful she did. I worked with Beth during my 3rd trimester and she was amazing! She helped me maintain strength, mobility, and comfort as I got closer to my due date. She gave me great tips for while I was in labor. I highly recommend working with Beth.
