Beth is an amazing physical therapist. She has changed my life. She friendly, professional and knows how to problem solve. I highly recommend her!!
Go see Beth! I did pelvic floor PT with her after endometriosis lesion removal surgery. With her knowledge and guidance, the daily pain I was experiencing has been significantly reduced. She gave me a daily stretching routine and also specific exercises to do when I am having a flare up. It has been the most valuable tool for me in managing endometrioses. I wish I had found her sooner! She is also a lovely human who is a delight to spend time with. Highly recommend!!!
