I was going to Kate for shoulder pain, after an ultrasound diagnosis she honestly told me Bowen wouldn’t fix it but she had something what will. The Hocatt machine it’s inflammation setting fortnightly has allowed me full use of my shoulder back - pain free! It does so many other wonderful things to my body can’t wait to see what else it’s successful in. 🤰
Bowen with Kate is the absolute best and resolved my chronic shoulder/neck pain ! Highly recommend.
I have had 3 consecutive treatments weekly and the results absolutely incredible. I cannot highly recommend this place enough and sarah has been wonderful. Even though I don't quite understand how it all works with the actual treatments but please trust the process if you are doing this. It seems minimal but definitely you will heal! Thank you Sarah and the team I'm ever so grateful 🙏🏽

An absolutely amazing experience. Kate is such a wealth of knowledge in Bowen Therapy and many other areas of health. Her warmth and nurturing nature makes you feel so at ease and comfortable on her table. Her expertise is absolutely priceless. Not to mention she is just a blessing to know in general. Cannot recommend her enough.
