Always get a great workout, and never worry about aggravating old injuries, since they’re so focused on form and strengthening. I have had a wonderful experience getting to know Pilates at In Balance. The instructors have all been very welcoming. I started with private lessons and easily transitioned to group classes. The last six months has been a challenging time to work out but Amy and her crew have worked to keep us all safe but moving through these crazy times.
After doing Pilates in the studio for a couple of years I decided to do some privates with Amy to "dig a little deeper" in my own practice and in classes. Wow. Falls into the category of *best decision ever*! Not only has it fulfilled original intention, it's even better! As a bodyworker/massage therapist of 16 years I feel like my work with Amy has benefited all of my clients as well. Thank you thank you!

The instructors at In Balance are all phenomenal! I’ve been going to them for years to combat chronic back pain. Their Pilates and Physical Therapy is what keeps my body in check and my brain happy.
