This is by far the most unprofessional car rental agency I’ve ever dealt with. The vehicle I was provided with ,10 minutes into my trip from picking up the vehicle had an issue with the transmission . When I went back to address the issue, instead of fixing the problem or providing a better replacement, the owner actually tried to switch me into an even worse car and then had the audacity to try and charge me more for it! Pure money grabbing, the worst rental company ever. They gave us a junk car that even didn't start again after driving few miles. When we called them, they grossly finger pointed at us without even looking at the car (kept light on (not true), didn't take care of it ect) . They wanted us to pay tow truck company and return their junk to them. They finally picked up their junk after a stressful negotiating process, but they piled a bunch of fees and charged $130 USD for driving only a day (few miles driving only). They don't ... read more
