Had my first experience with this business. What a con artist this place is. They tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. They quoted my mother $55.00 for doing her dead boyfriends taxes. We had one piece of paper missing and needed to go back research how to obtain it. They said we will put it on the shelf until you send it in. After doing the research work and since he was only alive for 2 months in 2016 we didn't even need to file. So when my mother called up to have the papers sent back they charged her $160.00.... read more

This business is terrible! I was told my check would be held for one week until my tax money came in. I believed their word. Instead, my check was put through causing my account to become overdrawn, and an overdraft fee. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that they hold checks as a courtesy, they can't help it if something slips through the cracks, and that I should manage my finances better! I will never go here again. Beware if you go here, they are unorganized and blame their mistakes on the customer.
