Terrible customer service, rude customer service. I tried to return or exchange it 15 hours after purchase without opening the package but they wouldn't even let me speak.
appalling customer service. i understand the frustration of boxing day but it does not entail being dismissive and rude. was treated horribly by the lady at the register. will not be returning!
Refused a return or exchange on an unused, unopened underlay (wrong size) I bought due to it being a "health risk"! Surely a plastic security device tying the zips together would alleviate the need for ripping people off! Good product, but it's the last sale you'll get from me.
So apparently I’m not allowed to take photos of prices. No different to explaining it on the phone is it? I’ll go to Adairs or Sheridan next door instead thank you.
