The quality was great but your additude towards customers should match the quality to your products! And your policy is a disgrace. You allow people to exchange within 7 days, but do you understsnd the reason why they exchange? 1. They exchange bevause they have changed their mind 2. Because they made a mistake and bought the wrong item 3. They bought it, they wanna use it so they open it and somehow it is wrong, not what they wanted. I had such a great experience! Marg and Effie were absolutely amazing! their customer service was exceptional. They were warm, friendly, and full of helpful tips and advice that made shopping so much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers. Honestly, they both deserve a pay rise for the incredible service they provide. it’s rare to come across people who go above and beyond like they did.
