Delightful, knowledgeable rehab. Worked winders!
I had sessions with Megin Sabo John for hip, lower leg and lower back pain, and she addressed each area phenomenally, always coming up with new, easy to repeat at home exercises that hit the right spot, so that I am almost pain free now, and should something flare up, I know exactly what to do now to make it go away again. I also loved her massages, fine tuning into the trigger points and tight spots right away. Aloha , had a terrible car accident which shredded my shoulder muscles off the bone. After surgery had PT twice a week Jon and Ryan saved my life and really helped me get back in the game of life. The place is super clean and state of the art equipment and great views. Great place for PT. Mahalo to you all
