Delay,delay delay. Time and again installation delayed but quick to take full payment. No contact from management instead delegating showroom staff to deal with what has become a fiasco.
Great product and service upfront, zero after-sales service and customer care thereafter. We were delighted with the experience around 10 years ago when we ordered and installed IMS louvre shutters in our home. When it came to recently get a couple of damaged louvres repaired, we unfortunately had the completely opposite experience. We've now been waiting over 3 months to replace 2-3 damaged louvres and we cannot get any kind of sensible response or update from this company.
