This is not same people that used to own IMS. Paid my 50% deposit in September 2025 and was promised in writing our shutters would be installed before Christmas, never happened. After many repeated broken promises I lodged a claim in March 2026 with NCAT for a full refund of my deposit. Only got paid once they got notification of upcoming case and returned my deposit in May 2026 just before case was to be heard. Over 7 months since I paid deposit. Very disappointing company to deal with.

The final product, drapes and blind are perfect for the room. The drapes hang beautifully, the material is high quality and the track efficient. Great care was taken in measuring and good advice given.
