I would not recommend IMS Window Furnishings / JP Blinds. We placed a residential window furnishings order in 2025 for shutters, roller blinds and Versa Drapes, with installation expected in December 2025. As at late June 2026, the order is still not properly resolved. The initial installation was incomplete. After repeated follow-ups, we were given later completion dates, including a guaranteed completion date in March. That also failed because several items were supplied or installed incorrectly. We had shutter , curtains and roller blinds installed by IMS Window Furnishings and are very happy with the service. The products are great quality, the installation was neat, and the team helped us choose the right fabrics and products for our home
This is not same people that used to own IMS. Paid my 50% deposit in September 2025 and was promised in writing our shutters would be installed before Christmas, never happened. After many repeated broken promises I lodged a claim in March 2026 with NCAT for a full refund of my deposit. Only got paid once they got notification of upcoming case and returned my deposit in May 2026 just before case was to be heard. Over 7 months since I paid deposit. Very disappointing company to deal with.
