Battery died after a couple years and they won’t do anything to help. Definitely won’t recommend them to anyone or buy from them on any future boat battery needs. I’ll go with a more reputable brand in the future with better customer service.
We have been using these batteries for approximately four years and have generally been satisfied until we encountered an issue with one battery that would no longer charge or even show a charging status in the app. After multiple phone calls and troubleshooting attempts with customer support, we were unable to resolve the problem. I had a temp sensor go out on my 36v 60ah battery. Took it by and the guys fixed me right up. No bull crap just freaking in an out. Awesome guys, highly recommend. Thanks Mr.Bill
My charger quit working. Has it a while. Call Bill and he looked up my receipt and said it’s still under warranty. I live close enough to take back to him and swap it out. Great customer service. BTW his wife was rude with me like from a previous poster. Makes me wonder.
Called to ask their recommendation for a lithium battery charger. My favorites are noco genius boosts.Lady was very rude hung up on me I called back said, whoops we must have lost connection she says nope we didn't lose connection I'm going to help my American customers. I live in Iowa lady and I'm asking you what type of lithium charger do you recommend I wasn't asking for your attitude I was asking for your help.
