Absolutely awful experience with them. I filed all my tax documents on time with them in April. It is now August, and I am still waiting on getting all my tax files. I have called them and emailed them multiple times following up on my file, and they have still not followed through on their end. It's disappointing because they used to be the best. DONT GO THERE! They did huge mistakes on my taxe's report and didn't show up to 2 phone appointments (1 of the appointment was taken 2 weeks in advances because the accountant didnt have availibities before). Very unprofessional and concerning. At the end, I didnt sign their work and went to another company (and of course I was not reimbursed).
Client depuis des années, le service se dégrade rapidement depuis les dernières années, au point où ça sera ma dernière... Quand on a une réponse à une question c'est après 2 semaines, les impôts sont produits en retard même si déposés en mars, aucun rappel sur des erreurs à corriger demandées par l'ARC, un ton pas très utile ni professionnel, bref... C'est dommage, mais je quitte le navire qui est devenu plus coûteux en temps qu'il en sauve.
Plus de 6 semaines pour traiter un dossier simple, ce qui a causé des pénalités. Je dois maintenant également réparer les erreurs qui ont été faites. Je ne recommande pas
Like everyone said here... They DID NOT FILLED MY TAX. I had to call over and over again over several not even weeks but MONTHS so they get it done even tho I paid extra to get it done it 10 days... I submitted everything on April 17 and still not done in June. They are TERRIBLE. Don't EVER file your taxes with them, they're absolutely TERRIBLE
