They made a mistake and filled my taxes with an additional 50k revenue, then they blamed it on a "power surge" LOL They did rectify it, but now I am being audited by the CRA. It says I owe them 10k, same for RevenuQuebec. I tried them one in 2017 and it was a similar armature experience. NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and find a competent service provider to avoid issues with the CRA
I LOST MY MONEY WITH THIS ACCOUNTANT! She was very unresponsive and unreliable. I had trouble sending my documents by email due to the file size. When I tried to verify with the office if all was well received, no one took the time to confirm. As a result, my taxes were filed incorrectly and an adjustment has to be made. Ms. Lessard agreed to review and confirm all documents received and instead she did not respond for 2 weeks. After multiple attempts for a follow up, she finally responded accusing me of harassment! Awesome accountant, 2020 was a hard year for all! Taxes took longer but still got done... People were warned about the delays. Give them a break! Celine has been doing my taxes for over 5 years and always a professional service. Merci
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER GO DO MY TAXES AGAIN THERE!!! I've been waiting 2 months for my taxes (like most other reviewers) whereas my relatives had it in 1 week, with mutiple differents companies. This accountant is an absolute joke! They got my papers 2 weeks before the whole trouble with covid started and till the day of the prolonged deadline my file hasn’t even been touched. I have been told several dates by them on which my report should be finalised and they didn’t keep one of them. I think they loaded themselves to much on their plate, couldn’t face it and ended up toying with peoples money and wellbeing. They were unreachable, unresponsive and on the whole unreliable.
