I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who was helping an elderly friend living in a long-term care residence have their Quebec tax return prepared and filed. After all the required documentation was submitted, there was no follow-up from the firm for more than two weeks. When my mother called to inquire about the status, rather than investigating the matter or taking responsibility for the delay, she was simply told that she should have called them after two weeks. So far so good. J'ai fais mes impots avec leur fonction en ligne et je dois dire le staff était tres rapide. (Moins de 3h la déclaration était finaliser)
