SO UNPROFESSIONAL! We had an appointment at 5pm, i missed 45 minutes of work to get there, there was nobody, i had to call in and the guy says THEY had an unexpected emergency as if nothing else mattered, he proceeded to say that we can do the taxes via e-mail u dont have to come back!!!! then why did u get me there in the first place, make me miss work, literally LOSE MONEY to tell me that it was possible to complete the taxes via email. I knew that guy since 2017 when he had no customers in his old office. His daughter Bashira asked me to go to her father and every year I had issues with Revenu QC after filling out the taxes never was correct After many years he got a lot job means customers.new office He changed a lot he got attitude like he is the only person who can do taxes in Quebec . Be careful guys you will have problems later with your taxes

After doing my taxes here, I’ll never go anywhere else! Extremely knowledgeable, always there, and even there on holidays.
